I have used zinc balm all the way throughout my TSW journey , I’m now 90% better but still use it in little flares I get , it reduces inflammation like nothing else , my friends now use it on their children for eczema patches , rashes and grazes 😍
Has helped my daughters scalp a lot, her eczema has gotten so bad her scalps been flaking so much. Her hair is dark making the flakes so visible all over which stresses me out, have only used this a few times but it has helped the dryness
We've used this product on and off for a year, but my 3-year-old had a bad TSW; every time we came off steroids, she worsened. This time I swore, we won't use steroids and we only used rescue butter mixed with zinc, and omg, the magic: her legs were so much better and almost cleared. That's without the steroids, and she isn't getting the rebound flare-up. We now order the 200g as we don't want to out it.

I have really liked the combination of the rescue balm and zinc magic, it hydrates and then protects her skin. She still has eczema but I do feel like this has improved her flare ups and redness and reduces her itching.

This has really grown on me! At first the smell personally wasn’t to my taste… BUT we use it on my baby all over and it’s SO good! So soothing and good for his skin, and I actually really don’t mind the smell now!

My son had extremely dry flaking and sore skin around his neck just after a few uses it has made a huge difference I had tried everything before and nothing helped.

Amazing product would highly recommend this is my second purchase of the cream. My daughter has severe eczema behind her legs which causes her legs to be itchy and bleed. I started applying this cream to her daily and it improved the condition of her legs significantly to the point you cannot tell she had eczema on her legs I would advise you to buy it if your child has a similar problem and it lasts longs.
Incredible. I don’t understand scientifically how this has worked when even strong steroids couldn’t get a handle on my daughter’s eczema, but I am just grateful to have finally found something. I must have tried every emollient under the sun and she would cry and refuse saying they stung. Gamechanger.

I've been using this for the last year or so and I really love it. Creams are never the complete answer for me but this one really helps heal my flares when I have them and I feel it's also strengthened my skin barrier so the flares are a little less intense when they come.
