To maintain the quality of Drought Secret Balms, store them in a cool, dark place. This helps preserve their beneficial compounds and prevents it from separating.
Once opened, we recommend using them within 12 months.

Please note: Our Balms are formulated with natural Oils and Butters due to which each batch may slightly vary in color or smell.
If one of our balm becomes grainy, first warm them in a slow double boiler method until fully liquefied, making sure no water enters the product, then cool them quickly in the refrigerator to prevent grainy texture as they solidify. Note: Donot heat it in the microwave or on high rapid speed. This can destroy the beneficial nutrients in the balm.
