Please read our Disclaimer page thoroughly before requesting a return. Returns based on effectiveness, or any circumstances outlined on our Disclaimer page will be rejected. By ordering from our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Returns based on scent, texture, personal preference regarding how the product smells, or perceived effectiveness will not be accepted.

Individual results may vary, and outcomes experienced by other customers do not guarantee similar results. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for determining product suitability prior to purchase.

All product ingredients are clearly listed and should be reviewed prior to purchase. Returns or refunds will not be accepted on the basis that a customer was unaware of or did not realise an ingredient was included in the product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unopened, unused, and in the exact condition in which it was received. The items must be fit for resale

2. The product must be returned in its original box and packaging, with all seals fully intact. Tampering with product seals, broken seals, or evidence that the product has been opened or used will invalidate the return

3. Products are shipped in pristine condition, securely boxed and sealed to the customers. Therefore, customers are responsible for carefully repackaging and protecting items when returning them

4. If the product box or packaging is damaged, crushed, marked, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, a deduction may be made from the refund, or the return may be rejected entirely

5. A valid reason for the return must be provided. Also a Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

6. All returns are inspected upon receipt. If an item is deemed unfit for resale, the return will be rejected at our discretion

How to Start a Return

UK Returns

If your return is approved:

* A return shipping label will be provided for UK orders

* A £2.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund

* Instructions on how and where to send your item will be provided

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

International Returns

* Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping

* All applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

Damages, Issues & Non-Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete or inaccessible address, recipient unavailability, or failure to collect the parcel, a refund will be issued minus any postage or shipping costs paid.

Refunds

Please note, Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is returned to us due to a failed delivery, a refund will be issued minus any delivery fees paid.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
