Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please Note: Our Oils/liquid, which come in bottles cannot be returned as they can be further topped up by another oil by someone, making it unfit for reselling.
Please read our Disclaimer page thoroughly before requesting a return. Please be aware that returns based on effectiveness, reactions or anything else which we discussed on our Disclaimer page will be rejected. By ordering from our website, you confirm you have read and understood this disclaimer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, have a valid reason, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once returned to us if we see the product is not fit for reselling we will reject the return and are in our full right to do so.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, for which the customer will pay, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Delivery Of Items
If your order is returned to us for one of the following reasons:
- Address incomplete or inaccessible
- Recipient gone away
- Parcel not called for
You may then request the item sent again or a refund. Both options will be subject to postage fees.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
